In this tutorial, I take you through he logic and science of effective blocking. I introduce a system I call micro blocking which is the fine culmination of all of the gross blocks performed in patterns/forms. I discuss how to stand, how to block, how to judge distance and eliminating your opponents options and block while kicking (very important). Please enjoy!
