Synchronous Machines - Introduction (Part 2)

In this lecture, we will continue our introduction lecture of synchronous machine by providing more information about the construction and some principles of operation of synchronous machines. Also, this lecture provides overview about the importance of the stator and rotor magnetic fields in producing the armature induced voltage and electromagnetic torque of the synchronous machine.
