In another bowl sift the flour with the baking powder and the salt. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet slowly without over mixing. Coat the blueberries in 1 tbsp flour then food them into the batter. Bake for 40-45 minutes in a preheated oven, until a skewer comes out clean. For the icing I just mixed icing sugar with a few drops of milk and lemon juice until I got the desired consistency. drizzled it over the cake once it was cooled.
