In this step-by-step Photoshop tutorial, we'll walk through the process of making this pro sports poster design of Andrew Meshnick of the Madison Radicals. Focus of this poster was setting up a big statement image on the back “wall,” with a complementary player cutout kind of out of the way. It took me forever to land on big text as the primary image (tried lots of things like more player images, big logos, big player number, etc), but really happy with how it ultimately turned out!
