staying soft in 2025 🌷 a gentle start to january

Happy New Year, friends! I am so happy to be back from my little much needed break & feel so refreshed & reenergized coming into this new year. While I have been dreaming, planning & setting goals for this year I do want to always remind myself to take it slow & trust the timing of my own unique journey. There is this quote that I have pasted to my 2025 vision board that says - 'I can achieve my wildest creative dreams by going slow & resting often' - and I believe it wholeheartedly. I think it’s absolutely possible to achieve as well because otherwise it can lead to a life of burnout & I think it we can lose the child like magic and wonder one is capable of when pursuing life and dreams more slowly, purposefully and intentionally rather than with a rigid mindset or comparing our individual journeys to others. So this year I am focusing on finding the balance of pursuing my wildest creative dreams while also enjoying the present moment and being mindful to experience this little life, where my feet are currently planted.
