Spring Freeze Makes Us Replant Sugar Beets + a Bonus Tour of Our Potato Storage

This week we’re dealing with the aftermath of a rough spring frost that took out a chunk of our sugar beet crop. The beets weren’t coming up like they should’ve, and we knew if we didn’t take action fast, we’d be looking at a major loss in yield come harvest. So we loaded up the planter and went back in the field to replant sugar beets and fill in the gaps.
