Meet Sébastien Lamour, a former F1 conceptual design engineer who spent 15 years on this design, and asked one question: What if we built an F1 car with no rules? While thousands of regulations constrain modern F1 cars, Lamour got inspiration from the unlimited racing series of Can-Am and Pikes Peak to create something different - the ultimate racing car.
