Solving a REAL investigation using OSINT

A private investigator reached out to me recently and asked if I could find the location of a screenshot from a video on Instagram. No logos. No street signs. No obvious clues as to where the image was taken. Armed with a single piece of spurious intelligence, it was solved in under an hour.
