Baking bread at home is fun and especially if you have kids its such a good way of engaging them in the kitchen and more importantly you don't buy bread. Am sharing a very simple recipe here of a soft ,fluffy white bread that requires just All purpose wheat flour, salt , sugar and water to make it. INGREDIENTS 4.5 + 1 Cups All purpose flour or Bread flour 1.Tbs Kosher salt 1.5 Tbs Sugar ! Sachet active dry yeast ( 1 Tbs active dry yeast } 1.5 Cups luke warm water 1/3cup vegetable oil ( about 3 Tbs ) Extras flour for dusting
