Soaked and Shivering, the Dog Refused to Move—Afraid His Owner Was Leaving Him Forever

Our friend sent us a short clip and picture of a dog in the rain and asked us to come and help the dog. We were there immediately and tried to get the dog out of there, but difficulties and challenges came to test us. We overcame difficult areas and incidents to be able to get the dog safe and we finally did.
