I've been making hummus for decades and way before it was available already made for you. So I consider myself a bit of an expert on this subject. It's even easier than making your own onion dip. Plus, there are no man-made additives that your body has to work to get rid of because it sees them as toxins.
Here is the link to the onion dip recipe...soooo worth making!

Here we go...
Ingredients
1 15 oz can of garbanzo beans, organic, drained and rinsed
1oz onion
1oz colorful bell pepper, organic
3 Tbs fresh lemon juice
2 Tbs quality Evoo
1/4-1-3 cup tahini
1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt
1 clove fresh garlic
Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend til smooth. Taste and make needed adjustments if any.
ENJOY!!!

~ Cutting Board - https://amzn.to/3Gm4qeU I highly recommend bamboo because of it's natural ability to kill bacteria. This one comes in multiple sizes depending on available space, has a very important juice groove and is made of organic bamboo.
~ Scale - https://amzn.to/3XbGMJ0 This is the one I have. I bought it in 2014 and it’s going strong as ever. It weighs in grams, ounces and pounds. It also has a tare option. Comes in 10 colors so you can match it to your kitchen.
~ Silicone Spatulas - https://amzn.to/3w0cIV5 There are so many out there. Make sure you don’t get the cheapest ones. I have lime green that are no longer available but here is the same set in black.

KNIVES
~ Chef - https://amzn.to/3ImoO26 I own a very old 8" knife by Forschner, which I love, but it was quite expensive. This knife has great reviews and offers everything you will need as a home cook. If you want to spend more, that's also fine just do your research. I'll post a video soon on choosing the correct size but most women need an 8" and men a 10" and up
~ Paring - https://amzn.to/3Cn0j0H I love these because they are so thin, perfect for most uses.
OILS
~ Olive Oil – https://amzn.to/3jXEHly There are a variety of sizes and prices. I buy the 16.9 oz for around $12-$13
