Snowblower Won't Shift - FIXED!

Step by Step! Today we'll be looking at an Ariens 7hp 24" Snowblower Model: 932035 My customer dropped it off & said that it wouldn't shift & would drive in whatever gear it wanted to. Turns out a worn friction wheel axle bushing caused the axle to move in a direction it wasn't supposed to, which allowed the shift fork to slip off. We replace the friction wheel, axle bearing & bushing & shim the axles with thrust washer, to take up the extra play.
