Ingredients of the delicious easy plum pie :
180 gr flour
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
70 ml boiling water
70 gr melted butter
For the filling :
300 gr plums
50 gr of icing sugar
Let the dough rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 Centigrades for 30 minutes until golden.
