This is a slow yoga inspired movement class, mainly focusing on hip openers. Some postures we hold and others we have some movement in to encourage mobility. No music and no props, but you might want a blanket or pillows for knee support in case you have sensitive knees. This is really great morning, evening or for menstruation (moon time)… It is a gentle class, although frog pose can be intense. Go at your own pace, listening to your body is self love 🫶 Remember to breathe deeply to encourage downregulation, moving into parasympathetic nervous system state. Peace n love.
