🍋SHOP OUR STORE LIMONE 🍋 https://www.limonegoods.com 💌 OUR NEWSLETTER OFFERS EXCLUSIVE Q&A VIDEOS AND MENUS 💌 https://shaye.substack.com Homemade Taralli: 3 1/3 cup (400 grams) all-purpose flour 2/3 cup (150 grams) white wine or water 1 teaspoon sea salt ½ cup (120 grams) extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons fennel seeds or sundried tomatoes or chili flakes or flavorings of choice 1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside. 2. Heat 2” of water in the bottom of a saucepan. Bring to a simmer. 3. In a bowl, mix the flour, wine, salt, and olive oil together. Continue mixing until it’s well combined and forms a homogenous dough. 4. Add in the fennel seeds, sundried tomatoes, chili flakes, or any herbs, spices or toppings that you’d like. Alternatively, the taralli can be left plain. 5. Roll the dough into ½” ropes on a clean work surface. Cut the ropes into 4” sections and fold the ends over each other to create a hoop. Repeat until all the dough has been shaped. 6. Working in two or three batches, transfer the taralli to the simmering water. Allow the taralli to simmer in the hot water for 1 minute. Use a slotted spoon to transfer them to the parchment lined baking tray. 7. Transfer the baking tray to the oven and allow the taralli to bake for 30-34 minutes, or until golden and slightly hard to the touch. 🥖JOIN OUR COOKING COMMUNITY 🥖 https://cook.theelliotthomestead.com/ 💌 OUR NEWSLETTER OFFERS EXCLUSIVE Q&A VIDEOS AND MENUS 💌 https://shaye.substack.com 🍷ENJOY natural wines with no added yeast, sugar, or additives 🍷https://dryfarmwines.com/shayeelliott 💻BLOG: https://theelliotthomestead.com/ 📷 INSTAGRAM: @shayeelliott Did you know that we teach people just like you how to cook rustic farm food from scratch?
