Simplest Oven Roasted Pasture Raised Chicken

Farm to Table The flavor of pasture raised chicken is hard to beat. As we prepare for our next batch of meat birds arriving mid March, we thought we'd share our oven roasted chicken recipe with you. Good chicken doesn't require much to deliver big flavor, tenderness, and juiciness. The biggest keys are a combination of a completely defrosted bird (don't rush this part), an overnight bath, and a marinade made of simple ingredients (some from our garden!)
