SIMPLE JIFFY JELLY QUILT pattern uses 2 1/2 in STRIPS! 15th in our series to use leftover fabrics!

Fifteenth project in a series using 2 1/2 inch strips to make scrappy quilts! One strip of fabric will provide enough pieces for two blocks. This simple 6" finished block is easy to cut and piece! Make as many blocks as you need to get the size quilt you want! Use up your leftover strips for a scrappy look, fine tune the color palette for a holiday quilt or use a jelly roll from your favorite fabric designer! I've challenged myself to do a new project each month using only 2 1/2 inch strips from my scrap buckets. I have always saved leftover strips from projects and cut up small leftover fabric from yardage into 2 1/2 inch strips and put them in a bucket for some "future" project . The future is now! It is time to tame the scrap bucket and use up these strips. I'll always have a scrap bucket of strips because I'm constantly adding to it but I want to get it down to just ONE bucket instead of three...make that seven after the "GREAT SORTING"! This series will last until I'm down to one bucket. Let's be honest, it will take at least 2 years to use up enough strips to make a difference!
