Simple Guitar - Simple Repair

Here I got the simple but nice Lag Tramontan acoustic guitar. And the problem is that the nut is stripped and stuck in a not very convenient position. On top of that, the trussrod on this guitar is double action and because of that I just can't unscrew the nut and replace or repair it. The nut is inside a special casing that is welded to the rod, this is what makes the rod double acting. Therefore the entire rod needs to be fully replaced.
