Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Dried shrimp 1tbsp soak till soft, pat dry
2. Chives
3. Eggs x3, add little light soya sauce and pepper and mix. Then add the starch solution and mix well.
Method
1. Roast the dried shrimp without oil till dry. Then add little oil and turn to low heat and stir fry till aromatic and golden brown and crispy. Drain and set aside
2. Combine the beaten egg, dried shrimp, shrimp oil and chives and mix well
3. Heat wok with 3-4 tbsp oil. Add in egg and spread it out. Once it’s cook, flip over and let it cook.
4. Serve and enjoy! 💕
