Shafer Canyon Road Complete Drive up the Switchbacks 4K | Canyonlands National Park | Moab Off Road

Complete scenic off-road drive on Shafer Canyon Road in Canyonlands National Park up the switchbacks to Island in the Sky. We begin down in the canyon where Shafer Canyon Road starts at Potash Road and ride on the edge of the twisting and turning road up out of the canyon. Video playback speed can be set to play faster or slower in the video settings on most devices. Audio on this drive is set for more of an inside the car sound instead of outside sounds due to the super windy day. We did this trail no problem in a stock SUV and have seen minivans and even front wheel drive sedans along the way, but we would recommend full/all wheel drive, and a little bit of ground clearance is a good thing to have as well.
