Sean Penn Presenting Award to Clint Eastwood at the Critics' Choice Awards

At the 9th Annual Critics' Choice Awards, hosted by Eric McCormack, Sean Penn presented the Lifetime Acheivement Award to Clint Eastwood. The 9th Critics' Choice Awards were given on 10 January 2004 to honor the finest achievements in 2003 filmmaking.
