[SCRUB] SpaceX Reattempts the Static Fire of Ship 35

SpaceX is conducting a static fire test of Ship 35, which follows two consecutive Starship vehicles which suffered engine-system-related Rapid Unscheduled Disassembles in-flight. It is expected that Ship 35 will be used for Starship Flight 9. Ship 35 performed a single engine test, as well as a six engine static fire test, which showed some problems.
