TV presenter Sam Quek joins Olympic Taekwondo medalist Bianca Cook (Walkden) and former BBC Sports reporter Paul Garrity to look back at her life and career.
Quek shot to fame after winning hockey gold with Great Britain at the 2016 Rio Olympics and since has built a very successful career in the media.
Her final professional match was in Brazil and shortly after forged her presenting career - working for big organisations including the BBC. Quek was even a presenter for the corporation during the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
Sam starred in the 2016 edition of I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here - finishing in the last four.
