Riley Gaines, a former NCAA All-American swimmer, known to voice her opposition about trans athletes in women sports.
She visited Stone Ridge Christian School in December, more than two weeks after its girls' volleyball team forfeited the 2nd round CIF state playoff game against San Francisco Waldorf School.
The school says it found there was a trans player on their team.
Gaines flew in from Tennessee to applaud the girls in Merced.
