This video, entered into evidence during Richard Allen's trial, shows his first police interrogation video from Oct. 13, 2022, with Carroll County Prosecutor's Office investigator Steve Mullin and then-Detective Tony Liggett of the Carroll County Sheriff's Office. Allen was found guilty of murdering Abby Williams & Libby German in 2017.
