In this video, I’ll do a deep dive on Retell AI Conversational Flows, the new feature from Retell that allows you build AI phone agents with an easy, no-code interface by building these AI callers as call flows and not as a typical system prompt, all without compromising control. Retell AI Conversation Flows are an alternative to popular features like Bland AI conversational pathways or VAPI Blocks. You can specify what words for the AI agent to say exactly at certain points during the call, and at what point the agent should execute a certain custom function or action.
