Restoration Of A Ruined Legend - Honda VFR 400 NC30 - Part 3

This time on RRC Restoration I'm still playing catch up from the previous delays from the last episode but any content is better than none am I right? So in the episode I will be sorting out the suspension issues. The rear shock has lost all of its nitrogen pressure and is technically non- rebuildable so it will have to be sent out for a professional refurb as getting the parts is impossible for a normal member of the public but that didn't stop me tearing it apart to see what condition it was in and to let you guys get a glimpse inside of a 33 year old rear shock. I then started work on the front forks and as you've seen me do many times before its basically strip, clean, paint, replace some bushings and seals then re-assemble.
