Requirements Estimation in Waterfall & Agile

Hi Everyone! This is the most asked question that I get - how do we estimate how long projects will take and in this video I showcase how we complete the estimation process in both Waterfall and Agile project environments. In the Waterfall environment, we have the following estimates Level 0 estimates are provided after reviewing the Project Charter or an outcome from the Project Planning phase. After Analysis Phase is completed, we have a more accurate estimate from our DEV/QA teams once the requirements have been sign-off/locked.
