I was absolutely blown away by the reaction to my Oxytocin Noise video (https://youtu.be/uz4CjwkkyZo). So many of you shared how its calming properties resonated - soothing, relaxing, and even bringing pain relief. It’s incredible to see the power of sound in action. We now know just how deeply oxytocin can affect us, creating feelings of warmth, comfort, and safety. So, after reading all your feedback, I started wondering—was there a way to tweak and improve the sound to make it even more effective? That question led me to experiment further. Much like I did with Melatonin Noise - which led to Melatonin Waves (https://youtu.be/XKAaoclOSyU) - I wondered if I could take Oxytocin Noise and give it a deeper, more rhythmic quality, like the slow rise and fall of breath. Using the same core ingredients - rice shaking, fabric scratching, and underwater sounds - I ramped up the bass, smoothed out the higher tones, added a subtle 174 HZ solfeggio tone (known for pain relief) and turned it all into a hypnotic, gentle rhythm, all while maintaining the soothing consistency of the original. And without being too confident... I think you're going to love this one! Sleep long and sleep oh-so well tonight! 😴😴 MADE USING: Rice shaking, MIDI Keyboard, Modular underwater contact hydrophones, Tangle Teezer fabric scratching, underwater and wave field recordings (River Cam, Cambridge and Portmerrion, Wales) and tambourine.
