The Red Bull Erzbergrodeo 2024 proved to be one of the toughest and most grueling races in recent years. Despite the intense competition, the result mirrored that of 2022 and 2023, with Manuel Lettenbichler showcasing a dominant performance to clinch his third consecutive Erzbergrodeo victory. Lettenbichler conquered the notorious Iron Giant in just 2 hours and 48 minutes, finishing a full 20 minutes ahead of his rivals.
From the early stages, the German rider led the pack and maintained his lead in spectacular style. Canada's Trystan Hart delivered an impressive comeback after a first-turn fall, steadily making his way through the field to secure second place. Spain's Mario Roman also put on a strong performance, climbing through the ranks in the latter half of the race to overtake the veteran five-time Erzbergrodeo champion Graham Jarvis for the final podium spot. Roman and Jarvis worked together to navigate the treacherous Motorex Highway, with Roman ultimately finishing third, just two minutes ahead of the 49-year-old Jarvis.
