Here is the final installment of this Porsche 1979 911SC engine build. Porsche 1979 Engine Build 911SC Long Block to Run Test We go from long block to running, covering the CIS fuel system, ignition distributor, as well as all the tinware, and exhaust. The rings still need to be bedded-in, by driving the car. The engine test-run is really to set ignition and fuel mixtures and look for oil and/or fuel leaks. We hope you enjoyed this build.
