REAL Interview Questions I asked - When Hiring a Clinical Research Assistant [Hospital Trial Asst]

A few months ago, I was tasked with the hiring of a clinical research assistant to join our team working on a pharma-sponsored trial at a hospital site. I worked with a research associate to develop the job posting, screen the resumes and conduct the 1st interview independently before recommending my top 3 candidates to the principal investigator for a second interview.
