Rasberry Pi RP2040 boards on Temu? Is the TEMU RP2040-Zero a working Pico Clone?

Spidermaf does some experiments on a RP2040 board sourced on TEMU. Is this a genuine board? Is it wired up the same as a Waveshare one? Can I get it to work and will it work with Thonny and the most recent RP2040 firmware? Watch and find out.
