Radio Repeater VHF 2 port RF isolator rack walk & talk, test & measurements. PROCOM components.

Here we have a Procom radio site 2 port isolator rack for allowing two Duplex repeaters to share the same single Antenna, this allows two base staions to connect for resilisnce one in live & other in standby, or to allow two active repeaters to share the same antenna on seperate channels close together in radio frequency. This allows multicast radio systems to combine into one antenna or (site share) on the tower. We analyse the individual circulators, combiners, filters & duplexer filters using the spectrum analyser & track generator we spec test the unit measuring the system loos, isolation, & RX amplifier gain, including a look at the manufacturer specificaitons data sheets for each RF componenet. We finninsh off looking at a Kenwood TKR851 repeater.
