Quentin Tarantino tells the truth about Weinstein in “Once Upon A Time In…Hollywood”

But pretty immediately after the first time I saw this film (I've seen it many, many times) I had a thought that it was, in some way, about Quentin Tarantino's relationship with his recently digraced executive producer and friend, Harvey Weinstein.
