Pumpkin Sourdough Bread
( by MY OWN recipe 😉)
INGREDIENTS:
PUMPKIN puree 200g
Milk 150g
Water 160-180g ( start from 160 g and IF NEEDED add 20g more, at the end, while mixing the dough)
Sourdough Starter ( activated) 200g
Flour 600g
Salt 2 teaspoons
Sugar 2 TBsp
Bake under 480F in the pot with a lid for 20 minutes, then REDUCE the heat to 450F , REMOVE the lid and bake for another 15-20 minutes, depending on your oven.
Cool on the cooling rack and ENJOY !
