The famous Puffing Billy Railway in the Dandenong Ranges is back in action! After being forced to close for 250 days due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Puffing Billy made a triumphant return to service on the 28th November 2020 with much fanfare from locals, tourists and rail enthusiasts.
In this video we cover the opening day of Puffing Billy as the sound of steam and whistles once again echoed through the Dandenong Ranges, chasing every service of the day hauled by locomotives 7A & 14A.
