ProStandards Training – Disciplinary Mock Hearing
The PWR Professional Standards Committee is comprised of volunteer members who have been specially trained in listening to the Complainants and Respondents regarding an Ethics or Arbitration case that has been filed and making a decision on that case. Recognizing that many members have never participated in an actual hearing, the Committee Members have created an Ethics and Arbitration “Mock” Hearing to give you a better idea of what actually happens at these hearings. In the Ethics Mock Hearing, you will see the complainant present his case as to why he feels the Respondent violated a Code of Ethics. The Respondent will state his case as to why he thinks he is not in violation. A big thanks to our terrific “actors”. As, always, you can contact the Professional Standards Department at PWR for any assistance you may need in filing or responding to a complaint.
