Preparing for your first mentoring meeting - a webinar with Dr Amy Iversen

What topics should you discuss in your first mentoring session? Are there any 'rules' that both mentor and mentee should follow? How does the mentoring relationship progress over time? This webinar, presented by Dr Amy Iversen, Visiting Senior Lecturer at the Institute of Psychiatry and Director of Håbe Consulting, was hosted on 10 November 2015, will answer these questions and more regarding your first mentoring meeting. Amy is a former Academy mentee and an experienced mentoring scheme coordinator and coach.
