PMDG 737 Circuit Training by a Real Boeing 737 Pilot

This is what it all comes down to. Years of hard work and money invested (it certainly was in my case) and you're sitting on the threshold of the runway in a $65,000,000 Jet and you're in control. You set the thrust to 40%, let the engines stabilise and you push TO/GA and the CFM56's on the NG whine into life and off you go, your dream has come true. In this tutorial (by far of one of the most requested!) I've replicated the exact profile used for cadets on their first ever flight, Base Training! Join me at East Midlands Airport (EGNX/EMA) shortly before sunset as we take off into the visual circuit, conduct a touch and go followed by a full stop landing (In reality each cadet would complete a minimum of 6 landing each!) The Base Training in this video is identical to the same profile taught during PSCT (Preliminary Simulator Circuit Training) which is exactly how it's flown in real life. You will also find detailed guidance on how to setup the aircraft and prepare for such a sortee. Despite the confines a desktop simulator has you can quite accurately replicate the real profile!
