"Please save my puppies" the wet mama dog endured the pain to crawl to find her puppies

A woman called us in tears, she said there was a dog in a ditch that needed help. When we took him to the hospital we found out that she had puppies still out there. We returned and were lucky enough to find her 3 puppies in the cactus bush, waiting for their mother.
