As part of this, meditation is done from 4 to 5:30 am in the morning, Swadyayam from 5:30 to 6am, and Sajjanasangatya from 6 to 7am. In the afternoon class from 3 to 4 p.m., there will be a self-knowledge message & meditation experience by the Pyramid Masters.
