PERFECT Brisket on the Weber Kettle! This EASIEST method to smoke a brisket! #webergrills

The iconic Weber Kettle.... what can't it do? I don't know yet. But I had to smoke a brisket on the kettle just to make sure. And, like usual, the Weber stood up to the challenge. Seasoned with Lawry's Seasoned Salt and Pork Mafia #16 black pepper, this simple seasoning was perfect. Cooked with @JealousDevil charcoal and chunks of cherry wood. That's it.
