Partner round case interview example with analysis (part 1)

This is the first of three videos where we go through a full partner round case interview, analyze the performance of the candidate, and comment on typical mistakes that other candidates make. Anders, a former top-tier consultancy partner leads the interview, and Anna, a former engagement manager plays the role of the candidate. The case is a real case that has been used with hundreds of candidates in interviews (but is no longer an active case and therefore not confidential in any way) If you watch all these three videos, you will get a good sense for how a typical top-tier case interview with a partner might look like, and understand what good performance in the interview is all about.
