Hello! In today’s video, I am continuing my spring cleaning by cleaning out the pantry and medicine cabinet. We went to a last minute hockey game and took a trip to see the cherry blossoms in the city. Unfortunately we missed the peak blooming of the cherry blossoms, but we saw many other beautiful blooming plants and trees. I'm thankful to have each of you here. I hope you enjoy! Korean beef and radish soup (Muguk, 무국)
1 small Korean radish
1 giant green onion, white part only
10 oz beef rib meat (or any other cut)
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp fish sauce
salt and pepper to taste
*** the soy sauce and fish sauce can be substituted with 2 tbsp Korean soup soy sauce

¼ cup crushed almonds

2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
