Join me as I prep meals for week two of the pantry challenge! We already ran out of eggs. . . but that’s okay! I’m just more fueled than ever to make my chicken keeping dreams come true sooner rather than later.
Amounts I used for the oatmeal bake:
2 cups of oats
8 eggs
1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 Teaspoon of cinnamon
¼ cup of packed brown sugar
.5 cup water
.5 cup half and half. (or a whole cup of milk instead of water and half and half)
