I purchased the Panasonic Lumix G9 to improve my photography skills while still keeping my setup quite small. I've owned the Panasonic Lumix G7 for a while and have done some travel videos over the years. I like mirrorless cameras as they deliver a great image and video and as mentioned they are smaller and easier to travel with. I also had a series of Lumix lenses, so it made sense to stay with the Lumix model. I am very excited at pretty much embarking on an apprenticeship in photography and then recording my findings here, hopefully helping others in the process.
