Epinephrine is administered at 0.1 mL/kg of 1:10,000 solution every 3–5 minutes. ◾ Reversible causes are explored before considering atropine and transcutaneous pacing. ◾ The case emphasizes continuing resuscitation efforts and evaluating additional treatment options. ◾ The child is prepared for transcutaneous pacing and transfer to the PICU for expert cardiology management.
