Quality is the ability of a product or service to meet customer needs. Quality Management is the policies, methods, and procedures used to ensure that goods and services are produced with appropriate levels of quality to meet customer needs. In this video we will cover an overview of Quality Management, introduce some of the quality management "guru's" including Edwards Deming & PDSA, Joseph Juran & Fitness for intended use, Philip Crosby & Zero Defects, and then we will highlight the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award & ISO 9000 Certification & Quality Standards.
