OpenIPC Adaptive Link Maiden Flight

Happy Valentine’s Day!😄❤️ This is the Maiden Flight of the new Adaptive Link of OpenIPC! With this new feature we can now have dynamically changed constant bitrate, MCS, FEC, TX Power, GOP and channel bandwidth based on the RSSI and the SNR of the WFB link!🤩 The Adaptive Link is now available for all to test. It is still under development so expect many updates and improvements in the near future. Just download the LATEST(VERY IMPORTANT!)
